These terms govern your use of the Hotelix website and any demo or evaluation access we provide. Production use of the Hotelix platform is governed by a separate signed agreement between Hotelix and your organization; where the two conflict, your signed agreement controls.

About the service
Hotelix is operations software for hotels, restaurants, pools, and beaches. This website describes the product and lets you request a demo; it is not itself the production application.
Accuracy of information you provide
When you request a demo, you agree to provide accurate contact and property information so we can reach you and tailor the walkthrough appropriately.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to access it in ways not permitted by these terms, interfering with its normal operation, or submitting false or malicious information through our forms.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, and the Hotelix name and logo — belongs to Hotelix or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Pricing and packaging
Pricing depends on room count, number of outlets, outdoor capacity, and deployment model. We propose packaging tailored to how you operate; final pricing and payment terms are set out in your signed agreement, not on this website.
Termination and data export
If you are a customer and the relationship ends, your signed agreement defines data export and transition support. We aim to make offboarding straightforward — you should never feel locked in.
Disclaimer of warranties
This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hotelix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
Governing law
